We have all kind of weather in Europe these days: frost, snow, rain and sunshine. It is only two weeks ago we had snow in Florence and everything almost stopped in the city - here a snow phenomenon only happens every eight years or so. I am now wondering if Spring is around the corner here in central Italy.
The past few days, the birds have started to sing throughout the day and it has been a bit milder in the weather, despite it is still raining a lot.
I take it as the biggest sign that Spring is around the corner from my very first plant in my new yard, a Camellia, is in full bloom now and it is beautiful.
Spring is my favourite season, as everything starts to bloom again and it all comes back to life - so reassuring.
