Last year, I went on a short work trip to London. I managed to squeeze in a Saturday visit to the Portobello Road market - an area of town I used to visit often when I lived there that many years ago.
Despite being in October, it was one of those last bright autumn days and the streets were full of visitors to this nice part of the city. In the sunshine, the small very British row houses stood out in all their pastel glory.
Each house has a different colour and yet again a different colour of the main entrance door. It just gives the whole street a lovely pastel shine.
