While in Paris at New Year, I came across some sweet sugar bags in a cafe, which were covered in geometric shapes. How great these shapes show on small pieces of paper like these.
This made me think of how many shapes I had come across during my latest Paris visit. Of course the Eiffel Tower stands out (also on the sugar), but the escalators of a shopping mall, the roof of an old shopping alley, the covered walk ways of Place de Vosges and the sofa blanket in our Paris apartment had geometric shapes all over them.
