Twice before I have written about the persimmon tree in front of my office building, I have have also knitted a square with the fruits on the tree.
We are now into deep autumn and this is the time when I really find this tree becoming most beautiful.
Not only do the fruits start to turn colour, also the leaves go from their lush dark green to this warm orange colour - almost the same as the persimmon fruits themselves. And this transformation of colour happens so fast - almost just in the month of October. The colour of autumn is beautiful indeed.
